Bloodyback was f amazing! I think i m gonna watch it again- thanx for reminding@! What i really liked was the time and location for a zombie movie (quite exceptional). Very inspired story- very good acting and directing too! I give it 8/10 ( from the Dinosaurus Critique...) 👍 PS an other short from your channel titled "the quiet zone" is still among my all time fav shorts. What can i say? As it seems they new each other my guess is he had feeling for her at the time before the shit hit the fan. As a zombie killer in winter he should have done what she said & one either killed her & taken off to find others that became what she & her dad were. Seen enough of The Walking Dead to know in these scenarios never trust anyone especially when they leave you notes of death. Scary part here is they don't look dead yet. Good tale with a bad end but that's what Horror can be.

Good story, great camera work, great editing, good acting (particularly fantastic work by the female lead) but C- on production design: if you want to make the apocalypse believable, clothes can't looks as if they came right off the rack at Target with a couple of make-up stains. Bow and arrow look right out of the box from Dick's Sporting Goods. Hair and skin could look sweatier, more weathered (just a little hair and skin oil would do the trick.) Ain't that hard. Good film, tho... nice work.

He should've been more true to his name and been cold-hearted when she told him not to follow. But what I couldn't understand was why he was sleeping in the outdoors like that with freaking cannibals running around. Since he is this rugged outdoorsman why doesn't he have a cave or some underground shelter by now? Clearly this famine has been going on for a long time, so he has had time to build and prepare.

I'm guessing he was kind of a nomad. Just keep moving around the area without a permanent home. He didn't seem like an ex-soldier. Otherwise he probably would've had a well defended cave or something and not been so quick to follow her out in the open.

Too creepy! Great job on the film, though. Very realistic feel to the whole thing. I must watch too-too many post apocalyptic movies! I did not expect her to betray him, especially after he was kind to her, and even saved her life. I was sad. But just as another commenter posted below, never trust anyone in the apocalypse!
