Thanks! It's probably my favorite piece of equipment in my shop, and it's not even professional haha.

What mesh count do you use? Also what's your frequency and angle for your halftones?
@joshisterrific3 жыл бұрын
I can't remember exactly what I used, but I would take the mesh count and divide by 5 for the frequency. I believe this was a 230 mesh so that would be 46, with a 22.5 angle.

@@joshisterrific cool I use the same settings..how to you like the base layer emulsion? I use the pink one, yours is blue correct?
@joshisterrific3 жыл бұрын
@@josemontanez1020 I like it a lot. I tried the pink dual cure in a video, which I also liked, but I kind of learned on and got used to photopolymer emulsion, so I'm sticking to the blue for now.

What did you spray on your screen after exposing it, water?
@joshisterrific2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, just water. It's like a pre soak before I wash out.

Did you get a new printer?
@joshisterrific3 жыл бұрын
Printing press or inkjet? Yes to both.

@@joshisterrific inkjet, which one did you decided to go with?
@joshisterrific3 жыл бұрын
@@juanb3795 I went with the Epson SC2170. So far it's working great. It's much bigger than what I need right now, but I want to start doing bigger prints for posters in the near future.
