There once was a time when I printed baseball caps daily but things have changed as more people embroider hats today than they screen print. In this educational screenprinting video we take a look at printing foam trucker hats with a one color imprint. Very informative, as usual. Just wondering about the tongue clip you mentioned at the beginning. I notice it's adjustable, does the tongue help hold the hat to the platen at all? Or is it mainly the spray tack?

Yes, this was a detailed design. I would do that for a multi color but as long as it's one color printing direct is less work usually. Especially with higher numbers to print. I can't cater to laziness and short attention spans because it's simply not possible to learn how to screen print with 2 minute videos. You would have to end up watching a lot of them to get all the details I give you in one video. This video is less than 20 minutes and it includes original music and a music video at the end. If you watched the entire video you would have seen it was a collaboration between myself and a band on KZbin. Anyway it's sad to hear this because if you really want to learn something it takes effort. Learning screen printing takes time and hands on trial and error. There is a decent learning curve to screen printing and if you take the time to listen to what I am saying, even with my BS, you will find it easier to learn to print your own tee shirts.
