Good looking print and nice video. Let me ask you, do you flash your sweats first before printing on them for shrinkage purposes? I find that either flashing or running them through the dryer helps keep them from shrinking while printing.

Thank you! I usually don’t even do a pre heat. Sometimes I do, but most of the time I don’t need to. I haven’t ran into issues with shrinkage on press a ton but I can see doing that for a multi color job that’s gonna be on press or definitely pre heating the pallets!

@@baavproductions I don't heat the pallets either.I meant heating the garment first. Any hoodie sweatshirt, sweatpants, etc I put under the flash before printing on it. The material with blends, like sweats, have shrinkage if you print them without flashing or running through the dryer first.

Agreed! However, I was stating that I do warm up my pallets before production as that helps as well.

How many shirts can you print per hour? How many in an 8-hour workday? I would like to know! What is the maximum hours you worked in a single day? How many hours a day do you usually work? I heard about TKO $0.15 transfers, why do you choose screenprinting over that? Please compare these two technologies and let us know why screenprinting is your preference? Isn't screenprinting more work? Do clients prefer it over TKO transfers?

I work at least 80 hours a week and spend most of my day at the shop. I like screen printing because it’s a totally different print method than transfers. Transfers are cool but at the end of the day are a hot sticker on you. Granted, they have perfect uses and I am not against transfers for certain projects. I miss the old days before the shop in the mall. Back then we would get at least a 15 min video twice a week, great audio and the video had a lot more video effects and edits. You've lazy man. It's gotta be a women that dragging you down man.
