This is what I call simple, easy to make, easily accessible materials, and versatile. You can even create several hoops, each one with a different color. As each one you create, you can be sure that they are unique and not "industrial" looking. One other thing, you can also print on stock paper (think greeting cards), and you have limited prints for sale/gifting or making wrapping paper that is unique.

Lovely. Just so pretty. Helped by the fact that - along with your many other talents - you have an eye for detail and placement. Thank you for your time.

I did this today and my first pull turned out great but they got worse after that. Can you talk about how you clean your screen of ink or how you keep it from drying between pulls or how often you have to rinse it? Thank you for this - it's a very lovely and inspiring tutorial.

Thanks for your question, take a damp washcloth and wipe the back of the screen and also dry with a dry cloth - I wash it completely at the end of printing. Let me know if you have more questions.

Does the ink smudge when you are creating the repeat pattern since the leaves are close together and from placing the screen down repeatedly?

I actually gasped! The result is so cool, I think I have to try this ASAP.

Is there a particular “grade” of silk screen fabric that works best without spending a lot of money? This is a wonderful tutorial. Thanks for sharing!
@bookhoudesign6 ай бұрын
You can use nylon fabric that has a fine mesh - I’ve even seen people use nylon stockings(pantyhose)

Hello Arounna. Thank you for you tutorial. Can you tell me which kind of soft screen fabric do you use. I live in France and i don't know what to buy. Have you got a link to buy it ? Thank for your answer. Florence.

Hallo! This is such an easy tutorial! Thank you Bookhou! p.s: Did I miss hat the masking tape was for? Was it just to tape the edge of the embroidery hoop on the back of the screen?

Wow this is brilliant, thank you for a great tutorial. I would love to give this a go for sure once I purchase all the correct products. Does the fabric paint come in different colours ? Say like if I want to do some Sakura blooms!

Hello, Arounna @bookhoudesign. How nice to find you on KZbin as well. 💕✴Thank you for this tutorial. May I ask how big the embroidery hoop you are using here is? I figure your card is about 3 inches-ish, so i was curious how big the hoop was so you can comfortably pull. I can't tell from the video, but I've guessed 6 (six) inches in diameter? Is that correct? Also, how do you store your used screens? Or are they one-time/one-project use only. Thank you 🙂

Yes it’s a 6in. hoop happy you enjoyed the tutorial 😊👍🏼

Thanks for sharing such a great tutorial. Do you have any knowledge having to do with creating your own photo polymer stamps in the most cost effective way? I would be interested in that type of tutorial. Hopefully other people would also be interested. Have a great day. 🌞

Love it! Can you wash the fabric to use it later? Or will the screen filler wash out too? 🤔

Yes you can wash it, if there are thin areas the screen filler will come off but you can reapply it

it's closer to an acrylic medium than glue, you can find it at any art supply store store.abovegroundartsupplies.com/products/speedball-screen-filler-8oz-13159.html
