That had me in stitches, well played good sir. Swift Strike is one of my favourite attacks in the game, it is SO good. Kudos to you for getting past Okumura.

I didn't know the robots run away after 3 turns, that makes it easier, I thought they ran away when there's only 1 or 2 left and it's their turn so I always tried to weaken them equally but it was still a tough as nails fight

In case you didn't realize this already, using ointments in the first part of the Wakaba boss fight (before Futaba enters the palace) was a waste...I think? Anyway, congrats on actually beating Okumura's bots without a single elemental attack (or even ailments, as I thought Technical attacks would be necessary here)!

No, I’m pretty sure it wasn’t. While you can’t kill Wakaba in her first phase, you have to do a specific amount of damage before you can progress to the second on. (At least I think.)

The robots you fight aren't RNG. Their subordinates give clues for how they act, and when you talk to one, you can choose whether or not to fight it. It's very obvious which is which if you pay any attention at all. For example, for one of them, the employees say that their boss calls everyone useless. The real boss will say "useless" almost every sentence, highlighted in red text.

I mean okumura is easier on merciless difficulty because technicals, crits, and weaknesses deal 3 times more damage on merciless which is perfect for this fight now im seeing this part first so im not sure if ur allowed to use stuff like pulinpa and all of that but if you are it would have just been easier to put them to sleep and then hit then all with technicals so you deal a shit ton of damage to em and im not trying to be that "ACHCUALLEH" guy because im not sure if for exampel you can do a technical on an enemy strong against what ur using to try and hit the technical or something like that ur a genius for doing this and if it was me and that technical thing didnt work i would have just given up tbh

After rewatching this video out of curiousity, I thought of something, since you allowed DLC Personas, Kaguya Picaro would have been better than Girimehkala since her trait allows for TRIPLE reflect damage, though she needs to be leveled up to learn Repel Physical, it would be a small price to pay for such a solid Persona (would have made the Wakaba fight even more of a joke too). Combine that with the Spotlight item from crafting and you have what is essentially an unkillable fighting force.
