Disney characters are always moving, and if you suddenly stop them, well, yeah, you're going to get strange looks. Beast, more than likely, burns off all those calories in a day or less, like most "beasts". We see him running all-over, jumping over flights of stairs, and fighting off an entire pack of at least 8 or 9 ravenous wolves! He needs to eat that much to maintain proper energy for all his physical activity! It's like when you see "The Flash" eating like 30 cheeseburgers in one sitting; he burns off the calories so fast he has to eat a TON to keep his body from shutting down. Plus, the Beast has been away from "proper" human contact since he was 11 years-old! He hasn't had to eat "like a grown-up" for nearly 11 years! To make animated characters looks like they're moving fast free one location to another one technique is to stretch the model of the character between the two locations. the panther eyes thing was this concept applied to turning. also think about real life; look at rims on cars and how they look stationary or move backwards or even wave your hand in front of your eyes and it kinda looks like you have more fingers.

Ok I'm going to complain here. The distortion in single-frames are often distorted for fluency purposes. Disney has it's own way of having very fluent and "dancy" animation. You need weird transition-frames in order for that to happen. It's a big part of the reason why everyone loves Disney's original animation so much.

That steam near Elsa was steam from sauna. Steam sauna to be specific. It contains only water in steam mode and it is very helpful around flues or other sicknesses. I think these people are trying too hard to make more videos. I mean really? Movies are never perfect, and there are always going to be small mistakes in every movie ever made. And there are always going to be misshapen images and moments. And I highly doubt that kids are going to try and pause movies to try and find awkward positions or imagery. Because if your honestly just watching the movie, it looks normal. (Stop trying to ruin kids movies)
