First with Screwllum, he's a mechanical life form so if someone as talented as SW challenges him, they would be on par with each other, but eventually the victory would go to Screwllum bc he's not restrained with humans limitations. He can do hackings consistently without losing it's quality overtime. Now with Herta. I think silverwolf is the better hacker but it's bc hacking isn't Herta's main thing. This also isn't to say that Herta cannot surpass SW in hacking but it would be the same thing as cheating tho cus it would require the power of Nous.
