Thank for the video! I have one question though: I have a Toyota Yaris without electric windows. Can I just take off the inside door panel without screwing loose the lever for rolling down the window?

I think you have to remove the lever for rolling down the window

I am confused on what I just saw. You put the mirror trim piece back on after replacing the door panel?? Doesn't that mean you could remove it without removing the door panel? It seemed to have plenty of clearance to do so, making the panel removal pointless.

I could have taken the mirror trim off first but you still can't reach the lower nuts without taking the door panel off

I have a 2002 Toyota echo and I was wondering if I have to remove the window knob because I don't have electric windows. I also would like to know if it's difficult to remove and reconnect the door frame to the door. It seemed to have just slipped right on but I'm kinda nervous about messing up

Yes you will need to remove the window winder handle. It's usually a straight forward job removing and refitting the door panel. If the panel has been removed previously, it could be missing some of the plastic rivets that fix it to the door frame.

why are you unplugging the window switch panel? how is that related to removing the mirror?

I needed to unplug that so I could fully remove the door panel

How do you replace just the glass plate?

Yes you can replace the glass part separately

I would assume they'd be the same size with the same screw holes but I'm not 100% sure
