Scribble Drawing CHALLENGE!!

My first attempt at the scribble challenge. I didn't use all the lines like I was supposed to, but I had a lot of fun with it and I ended up drawing things that I never would have drawn in a million years :) This is a fun exercise to increase your creativity and can be done just about anywhere - I remember doing this in class, along the side of my notes haha. My drawings have only become weirder over time 😜

I think this is an awesome challenge to one’s imagination. I seem to recall doing this in art classes with others in the class. I would do someone else’s scribble and someone would do mine. I loved it. Like seeing something in a cloud. Another inspiration when I would go blank.

I use to play this with my kids. It taught them to be more creative and look at everything more creativity. Plus it was fun and great if they got bored.

I'm a new artist all over again. I haven't drawn anything in 20+ years. But I'm learning so much from your videos. If you're interested in a creative exercise, when I was in school, every student in the class had to write on two separate small pieces of paper, one "object" on each, then roll them up into balls and put them into a bag. Then the bag was shaken, and each student had to reach in and take out two pieces and somehow combine them in a drawing. I got Bird and Dog. So I made a dog with wings. My friend Salvatore got Elephant and Giraffe. Joking. Get it? Salvatore Dali... Well all jokes aside, it helps to exercise the creative muscles. As kids we did animals, but as adults, I think we should try this experiment with any objects. Like a dinosaur hot air balloon, or a Helicopter Car, or shoe headlamps, etc. Anyway, sorry for the long comment. Thanks for all the great videos

You probably do not read these comments from the common man anymore. That is OK. I understand that you must walk in rarefied air now. This video, as all your others, should be submitted to the National Film Museum for safekeeping for future generations. It should be remembered with the Rembrandts and the Van Goghs of the world. It should serve as an example to shape culture and society for those still unborn. Those lines are so beautifully scribbled, with such purpose and vision. They pop off the page like the angles of a Da Vinci sculpture. I feel as if I am peering directly in to the mind of a drawing savant, whirling with lines, colors and demented characters that defy all imagination. It's the work of genius mixed with a quarter madness and then channeled on to paper. I would mortgage my house for a signed original of this. Great exercise! My fave was the man's face - kinda looked like Robin Williams to me ~ really great job on that profile, I think. The others ... well, yep... they spooked me, too lol ... but yes, it IS the exercising of the imagination that counts which ultimately makes you stronger attempting other projects.
