If you do a diet, but gain weight without gaining belly fat- you probably just gained muscle. Take it from a dude, toned muscle is hotter than starving yourself into an unhealthy and unhappy misery. A bit of a belly isn't so bad, if you don't look like you're on the brink of a heart attack. Some even find it kinda cute. Just try and stay healthily in the middle. Not trying to offend those with diabetes or other conditions who may have an even harder time trying to attain the healthy medium, you guys have an extra level of struggle for health. I wish you well.

I think that since the magic has gone from equestria, the crystal empire would either dissapear again or be overwhelmed by the storms and the creatures living there forced to leave. The crystal heart would have failed once the magic had gone. I suspect the magic might have been drained by something like what Cozy Glow tried, if it hadn't been by her actually succeeding this time another possibility is that since the crystal empire is protected by the crystal heart, it may be the only place left in equestria with magic. Maybe cadence made the crystal empire dissapear when the magic had begun to dissapear
