Ooooo that cupcake doily book looks delicious love the colour's. Your kits and laces have to be the cheapest around. I received my package from you and sat looking at it for 2 hours as it was so beautifully presented didn't want to disturb it. Lol Great tips chick will definitely be saving this to favourites. Lovely doilies, I shall take a peek at your shop for those and for some of that lovely lace i mentioned last time. In our local charity shops the doilies have all been snaffled up, probably by other crafters hahaha but not this one.. I agree about the layering , it can look tooo much. Hugs MaryJane xxx

yes Julie they have and crochet cotton is quite expensive to buy these days too so they are becoming rare. You should make yourself one then its a justified hoard lol lol lol x

Thank you for the tips! FYI, even the thrift stores in my area (No. California) charge quite a bit ($2 +) for a doily! I think yard sales are a must to develop a doily stash. 😱 thanks again!!

Doileys are non existent in our charity shops here. They all seem to sell new stuff. I found a load at a car boot from a lady clearing out her attic. I bought them all. Ended up selling a couple of large lots on eBay and kept the smaller older ones. Some were very old. That was a couple of years ago. I don't know if there are many around now.
