And everybody looks older than they were back then so that would have taken a LONG time. You can especially tell when shes in the elevator with JD, that she wasn't really there. JD's figure was darkened because of the elevator lights being low, and she was perfectly lit. It's green screen, dude.

Actually... If you look it at, it all kind of fits in nicely. They shot it probably knowing it would come up in later episodes, so they just added her in and did it all over again, maybe, because if you look at the elevator scene it is the same exact thing. Might be a bit different with what he does but it's same background. Now I wonder why he does see women with wedding rings... but thats with all tv shows... one episode usually never ties to another one. Kinda bothers me :(
