To bring transperancy in the team: Few things, 1. Team doesnt have mutual respect in it, lacking scrum values, not a positive envt, lack of courage and openess, then u said SM has tried everything but still things are not working out. One person is still taking time, other team members see it as something fishy, I have bit of a different opinion here as said by Neha, I think I will have a one to one with both the members and try to understand their perspective. I will have a 1-1 with the guy who is taking time and try to understand if the delaying in things are getting started recently or is it bcz of some technical competency, is he/ she needs any training, is there any personal issue team member is facing. On the other hand the one who thinks somethinf is fishy, I will try and understand why he/ she thinks so? In order to improve transperancy, Team has to trust each other, team member should be connected to each other informally and socially, not just formally. I can have socialize events with them talking abt fitness, hobbies anything. Motive would be to buil trust among each others, we can take help of agile games, eventually when people will be more open towards each other, transperancy will improve. Am I on right lines while answering, plz advice.

It's your decision, write on paper ,advantage and disadvantages, some time money looks good but other factors like 4 hours of commun. Risk of layoff( with small companies) , growth prospects, company working environment ( check reviews on internet, talk to people who are already working there via linkedin) and take informe decision . Also once you made your mind..go for it. It should be your decision

If people are working already as scrum masters for the past few years, it's easy for them to crack 1 or 2 or even 6 interviews, bcos they know the real game. Problem is cracking interviews for people who are looking for transition to scrum master roles. Find us such people and pls share us their experiences. 🙏
