Scrum Masters coach and teach their Product Owners in many ways. But should they do it?

Daria, amazing video, thanks for the input! But how about having a "Senior" PO and a Junior Scrum Master? As a Junior Scrum Master I am struggling with convincing the experienced PO that our collaboration and coaching sessions make sense. Could you provide some coaching tips for new and not so much experienced Scrum Masters. Thank you in advance! I really love your content, please don't stop creating these amazing videos! 😍

I think there are a few things you can do to help you in this situation. If you're working with a senior PO, then it's a great opportunity to learn from them. How do they prioritize? What metrics do they use? How do they create goals and roadmaps? In addition, start researching the topic of product management. Check various tools and practices. You most likely will find something new, something that your PO doesn't use. That can be an opportunity to make some improvements. Become the source of new ideas and opportunities for improvement.

What is the question? Scrum Master is a subject matter expert in Scrum, and Agile practices, and principles. Is that what you meant?
