4:16:40 Board member comments begin (Ziegler Title IX resolution) 4:26:42 end of BZ’s ten minute monologue on Title IX, followed by immediate second by Karen Rose 4:27:23 Legal counsel recommends against voting on the resolution at this time, says it’s a departure from how things are usually done - because it was under member comments it should be moved to a future meeting for a vote 4:28:00 Karen states it’s no different from the way Tom presented his resolution, Tom corrects the record stating he presented at a workshop (this is correct), Karen tells him not to interrupt her 4:28:25 “No good comes when I get disagreeable with you guys” - Attorney Duggan as he tries to explain that this is not best practices 4:29:19 “I think this is more than ceremonial… you’re asking the superintendent to hold off on changing a policy” 4:30:05 “more proper to put on a future agenda”, “minimally compliant with the law”
