you know your asmr is good when you can make your own leg fall asleep and tingle...((drum sound when a clever joke is made)). Anyways, about the jeffrey comments that you mention, I haven't seen the comments, but at some point I also thought you sounded a little bit like him. After you said that, I actually pulled up videos of Evan Peters playing dahmer and the actual serial killer. Based on the "visual asmr practice session #5" video, because that seems to be the closest to what your normal speaking voice is, you sound closer to Evan than jeffrey, mainly because jeffrey has a distinct accent and your voice seems to be a little deeper than Jeffery's normal speaking voice. I'd say you sound like you could do an impression of him if you really wanted to. If you managed to read up until this point the sounds were good, don't worry.
