You can really tell how good Patrick is at ASMR replaying 17:51 - 18:41. He accidently bumps the camera/makes an louder sound than maybe anticipated and instead of leaving it as a singular unexpected sound he matches what happened by building from that moment/matching the speed and sound of what he is doing. Now it's not an isolated unplanned sound anymore but a development. Well done.

I love you test/try new things, may I suggest that pretending the lens are eyes, covering them for a few secs so it's completely dark and stroking with a flat hand I find to be very relaxing and asmr inducing, it's like how if you bring your hand up gently to stoke a baby's face over their eyes their eyes will become very heavy and sleepy very easily, works on me like a charm and I struggle sooooo much finding anyone who does it that way
