Obviously you could go for Radiant Gold Mask (like I did for Scuffed Gwyndolin in DS1). But this time I wanted to go for a less...stupid looking version to give Gwyndolin/Aldric some justice. :) If you want to for a much more viable phase 1 build, ditch the enchant and infuse the weapon with magic. ;) ...Damn I'm slowly starting to run out of non-duo bosses to cosplay. Soon I will have no excuse to put Crystal Sage and Abyss Watchers off anymore. 😂

Hey, Saneroot. What do you play on? I’m disappointed I’ve never run into to you. I love doing cosplay builds myself and I’m very passionate about it. I was largely inspired by you of course like most I’d imagine. I love and appreciate what you do. I’ve been watching since you started cosplaying and making builds back in the old Ds1 days… I still try to make a Rotten Horror build every Halloween. Thank you for what you do. The numbers on your channel and videos may seem bleak but just know you do inspire and entertain more people than the numbers show and I’m not alone in my appreciative sentiment.

You may need two others for Abyss Watchers, one phantom to aid and one duelest to be rouge. Once they both die swap to fire buffs like flaming strike and flame spear

Very cool one! I've also felt that caster builds were underwhelming, which is why I prefer to use hybrid builds that excel at magic and melee combat, I think the system is a little too limited (and melee only seems too boring, but that's just me)! 🎄 Merry Christmas by the way! 🎄

True. Imo the most fun combination is melee with a variety of AoW or a few (probably obscure) spells. Full melee like Oscar is fun for a bit, but imo gets old fast. Thank you for the 10€! 😭❤🙏Merry christmas to you too!

You know, you made an interesting point about the magic system feeling "limited", I've been feeling the same when trying to do full caster builds. I think it's the need to constantly swap between spells mid-combat for me, it feels super clunky to be swapping and trying to track what you've got active while also dodging and attacking and managing stamina and FP and HP and it's just kind of a bit of a mess.

great video as always ! you can make a great scuffed cosplay of penetrator from demon souls with the winged serpent helm, hoslow armor (altered) fire knight gauntlets, greaves and you can use weapons like fire knight sword with bloodflame blade

We now have quite the variety of hand/claw weapons to make each boss more distinct. Claws, fists, beast claws and hand to hand arts. Plus the falx being pretty one to one with the wet nurses weapons.

He has a lifedrain scythe too... You could use the winged scythe to mimic its looks, its ash of war is sorr of a spin like Aldrich does

I have an idea for a cool scuffed cosplay: sword saint isshin. Cross naginata with lightning slash would be perfect for his spear, and the meteoric ore katana would be really cool as the black mortal blade (it also has an Ichimonji R2, so it's basically perfect). A crossbow with status arrow would be a nice stand in for his gun. The only part I'm unsure about is his outfit

sadly for some reason lightning slash cant be put on polearm weapons (kinda weird since it works on hammers and even flails) otherwise it would be quite fitting
