@@reneeallen3569 I would like to see the actual Basilisk from the books. The one from the movie looked more like a Wyrm aka the wignless, legless dragon. In the books, it was more of a snake with males having a scarlet feathered crest.

The texture is more like human skin. The type of clay. Sculpey is not like that. Interesting. I use to be able to reproduce other's art, but anymore I am retired. I enjoy everybody elses art, bless them all.

As a costume designer I love the design, as a seamstress I have 2 words for you, side seams. With the exception of certain types of tshirts most garments have side seams. Otherwise I love your attention to detail.

@@ohnoagremlin Actually they aren't religious. They stem from a native American urban legend. Native Americans, if ever lost in the woods with no food, resorted to killing themselves rather then cannibalism because they feared turning into a wendigo. The wendigo is just an urban legend: my favorite one at that.

"Dark and dreary?" I find your usual pieces to be quite whimsical, myself. Granted it's a zombie, werewolf, or grim reaper but those are the happiest, most congenial monsters I've seen in a long time. Still loved this and enjoy watching anything you create. You sir, are an inspiration.

I envy your steady hands while painting those infinitesimal details. Watching you paint is as much fun as when you're sculpting. Great color choices, too, I have seen some good projects totally boogered up by artists with a lousy sense of color or the inability to tone and highlight. You're really a gifted guy.

I am pretty Happy seeing Magical Tilly she looks formidable yet a benevolent force for good and has a lot of great detail. Someone said you missed the side seams but maybe with a few brush strokes of paint you can achieve a hint of that. Well done a fun project to see.
