wow this is good. I like how you slowly tell us the shortcut keys and process, which is hard to catch on other tutorials. I hope you continue your channel. more power!

This is incredibly helpful. That being said, I'd love to learn how you retopologize, cause that is currently my biggest struggle. If you did a tutorial I'd be forever grateful

Super useful stuff :) Would be great to see a little workflow of how you did the model? Did you retopologize in Zbrush or external program?

Would you say posing a character like that is efficient for if you intend to rig them?
@DannyMac3d
@DannyMac3d 7 жыл бұрын
not particularly, maybe if the fingers were straight it would be a bit easier but I think T pose is generally a riggers preference. A - pose just looks more natural

Danny pardon me but, do you have any zbrush hair tutorial. I so one of your speed sculpts and notice a tool I havent seen to create strands of hair around the mesh, that are geometry and not a proyection. if you dont have a specific tutorial could you point me in the right direction, where you explain that process. The sculpt I am talking about is a girl with glasses and a really cool sweater and hairstyle with a bun. Thank you.

Why not use Marvelous Designer instead?

I will answer this in the next video. Marvelous Designer is not a tool I will be using anytime soon
@trevorstevens2889
@trevorstevens2889 7 жыл бұрын
Because although Marvelous Designer uses 3D figures to drape outfits on, it is intended for tailors or seamstresses who are creating real clothes for real people, not 3D clothes for computer-generated figures. Therefore it has to do everything in a way that creates cut-out patterns that those of us working in 3D don't need. And this makes it a tedious, aggravating nightmare to work with. I can't even stand watching the tutorials on how to make clothes with it.
