Inccredible sculpting techniques. I was suprised that you were duplicating one pearl for the whole necklace. There is a curve mode which allows you to take any I'm brush and draw curve with it !

For ZBrush using pen tool with iPad and a viewer is very strongly recommended than a mouse.

As he is using Toolbag, I assume now v4, it has Raytracing Volume SSS which iv been told its Randomwalk. There is no dedicated Skin material so he must be using a standard material customized.
