few reasons: 1. there were many similar products. her gloves are much more sophisticated, but in the DMI world, it's not a revolution. it's a good commercial application of what's been around for decades. 2. it still requires a lot of customization. it's not so amateur friendly.

This cracked me up as eventually I imagine just buying a "ticket" to her show online you close your eyes and open them back up in about 4 seconds having already experienced the entire 2 hour concert in your mind. 😆 or even stranger, two days after purchasing a ticket you'll get a packaged delivered that will encase a single pill. Upon taking it with a swig of water you'll experience the entire evening and performance in the blink of an eye. No refunds though 😆

The Cursed Child music is a tour de force that instantly etched itself into my forever psyche. Then I watched her hour-long interview with Google talking about her career and this technology and had to come check this out. How did I miss this four years ago?! It's stunning.

My love of Immi started with hearing 'Let Go' at the end of the movie Garden State. At that time I had no idea how she was creating this music... she, or Frou Frou, were just unique pop, with meaningful lyrics and Imogen's hauntingly beautiful voice. Eventually I saw her unique skills live and I was blown away - she used wrist mics for sampling/looping, but no gloves back then. She was humble and rock all at the same time. I was fortunate to participate, as part of the audience, in the 'Love The Earth' performance at Limehouse in 2010. Although, she has never been a 'huge star', her innovation with music technology continues to astound me. My brain cannot even comprehend how she 'conducts' with these gloves. Love her.
