Your videos always inspire me to learn how to sculpt realistic characters do you have any tips on starting?

Start with a simplified version of the head. "Anatomy for sculptors" has a great collection of them. Also learn how to sculpt a good skull first, then where the muscles of the face are and afterwards, once you're comfortable with all that, check out the fat deposits of the face. :)

Hand drawn Texturing is most difficult part for me, coz I dont have graphics tablet 🥲

It's a little easier with a tablet, but you can also use a mouse. :)
