What kind of clay do you use?

She used AMACO Off-White Sculpture/Raku Clay No. 27 (www.amaco.com/products/clay-mst-27-m-50?ref=2&taxon_id=433) This clay body has grog in it and can be used thicker due to its large amount of grog, or fired clay bits. The grog makes the clay dry and fire more easily.

Great series. How long do you leave the slabs to dry, or do you work with them wet?
