Sculptor Tony Cragg | euromaxx

With a retrospective of Turner Prize winner Cragg's works on show in Duisburg in February, 2011, euromaxx looks at the career of one of Europe's most successful sculptors. Originally from Liverpool, Cragg is known for his use of unusual materials. He is dean of Düsseldorf's Kunstakademie (Academy of Arts). His retrospective at Duisburg's Museum Küpper includes 60 sculptures.

Just saw an exhibition of 30 of his works at the Nasher Sculpture Garden in Dallas. Absolutely staggering.

congratulations mr anthony cragg, "everybody had a sence of idealism?" turner prize winner thankyou for sharing work of this artist, who said they were "rubbish" not the we as a matter of fact we think their dreamy and educational from his own perspective, valid, honest and monumental in concept, it would appear he also made a great many important friends in the highly competative industry of the arts which included a wonderful duisbury retrospective happy days are here again great job civilian
