You don't get a zap from failed attempts on the dial lock itself. You still get zapped for the normal style locks even if they are on a door with a dial lock. reason being you don't stick anything into a dial lock to pick it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but you can put the remote key to quick access slot and open the door with just pressing the quick access key. It's very handy if you're driving to base and don't want to get out of the car to open door.

Do people find the combo locks to be better than the regular gold locks? I mean I know people who can pick a reg gold lock at a rate of 3 per 5 minutes, actually a lot of people can. The only way i see them breaking combo locks is spending hours and hours trying to guess it unless they get super lucky so im not sure whose going to sit there and attempt that especially if there is multiples

It’s good to set traps and have gear players come and raid you and close the doors and hit them with tear gas. Free loot or have them force to suicide to escape

They really have to add details of crafting recipes, in this case the toolbox uses. Just having a toolbox is not enough but the way the recipe states it, it does look like having a toolbox is enough. Padlocks are best to find in bunkers, especially with many offices, but also other POI's with a small office house. For instance the Scrapyard, Observatory, Fish Factory, Torpedo Factory, B1 Factory, Sawmill, Hospital. But not as much as in the bunkers. If you don't need many those places can be a good alternative, but they are maybe just as risky as going in a bunker :P
