couple points to add -not all the new lockers in the bunkers will spawn rad suits. you need to find ones that are slightly bigger and have double radiation signs on it(zo). they can not be forced with a crowbar. the lockers with 1 radiation sign can be forced with a crowbar, and they have gas masks and pills inside them(b1). -if you can't lock pick the bunker lockers for a suit put on a gas mask and take pills, go to the big building in the southwest of the plant. (has a couple deep water pools in it). The 2 radiation lockers in there that you can crowbar seem to always spawn suits. -1 30/30 duct tape roll repairs about 10% of the suit. - Giger counter spawns in bunkers. turn it on to see what items are irradiated in your inventory. (not great, not terrible meme xD) -Use weapon lights to help see better. (or bring work light/lantern) - CRAP ammo doesn't do anymore damage then normal AP or standard rounds at the moment. Just sell it for monies for now. - Haven't found uranium counters yet, but graphite can spawn on the roof - If you have a suit and take pills you wont get any radiation, if you have to go thru c0 take some pills they spawn a lot in the bunkers. - keep drinking water and peeing to get rid of radation - at the moment you can stick all the irradiated items in a box, log off, log in, and nothing will be irritated anymore.

You can find graphite blocks on the roof of the main reactor building, there's 8 or so looting spots, when you're going up the roof there are a couple of rubble spots you can search and that's where you get graphite.

I find it funny that we need a special container to carry Depleted Uranium. While I was in the US Navy, my weapon system used depleted uranium rounds in a sabot. Sure you didn’t want to handle them with your bare hands, but there wasn’t a special container other than the standard ammo can for them.

Because they were coated "Depleted" uranium rounds, very low to no radiation from them, the danger starts when they have hit a target and are damaged upon impact,( spalling, when the round shatters on impact can cause fine particles of dust that can be inhaled ) normal Uranium contains about 0.72% u235 the Depleted Uranium round contain approx 0.3% u235 the reason they are used is Depleted Uranium is about 68.4% denser than lead, it has more penetrating power than Tungsten, is self sharpening (while passing through armour plate) it is also pyrophoric it may cause an incendiary effect as the metal oxidises during impact.

I train dogs for service members and vets and their families. I also do privately for children with developmental disabilities. Man, the correlation between autism and service members is disturbing bud. It got to the point where I started asking like "did you get pregnant while he was in service?" "Did you ever hand wash his BDUs?" To him "did you ever work around any radiation? Were you ever made aware radiation was ever present?" I remember one guy who worked around heavy munitions "well we know there's radiation. They don't tell us though. Military." My mom worked on jets and heavy munitions and 3 put of 4 of her kids are all autistic, including myself. I'm not pointing any fingers but I also don't see any government funding going to check into that lol

You will find the Sealed Container for the Depleted Uranium inside the same room as the Uranium. Found that out yesterday

Hey ray just a tip about the suits, the vintage suit is far superior for locking picking as it register no gloves, the modern suit has the red lockpicking icon so it's much harder in the yellow suit

Little sidenote, you need to hold the geiger counter in your hand and turn it on to see what is contaminated in your inventory. Turning the geiger counter on and placing it in your backpack wont show you the contaminated things. At least for me it doesn't. Idk if it's a bug or not :p I also play only singleplayer for now so it might be different on servers

yes this is why he cant see his items are contaminated..... tho if its on and in your pack you will have the sound it makes for the radiation

I think you have to turn on the radiation detect thingy (forgot its name) so that you can see the radiation symbol on your equipment. .i think. .

You can pick the locks w low thievery if you just have enough uses. Focus on a small spot and you can get lucky

Hay Raykit the reason you did not see the item and there contamination is because you have to have the Geiger counter on and in your hands in order to see what is contaminated.

The canisters aren't in spawning in game currently. Don't know why but at least on my server one of the admins checked every spawned item in world and there were not canisters anywhere. They were spawnable but only if an admin did so

about the uranium containers i found them in village looting i think i even found 1 in a garbage bag even tho the quality was 20% not sure if it plays any part on the quality

I got lucky got a modern suit and a container in the same locker and a container spawned on the floor. Idk if someone dropped it though since I didn’t think they were part of the loot table

In which bunker did you find that new locker? Because we went to the one in C0 last night and there was no new locker to be found. We've also been in C1 and C2 bunkers which according to Scum-Maps has those new lockers but couldn't find one there either....

Great series started playing just before 0.8 so started using the starter video's. I do have a question HOW do you get the new car's off a rock?? I have got 2 stuck and can't move them. In my defense I never spotted the rocks they just seemed to appear. Any ideas??. Thanks

try using a car jack :v worked for me and no one to blame here. Those rocks are sneaky lil bastards XD . Take in mind that depending ont he side you start service (left or right) the car will be lifted diagonally. So you may have to do it a few times.

I updated the game and it stopped my character from being able to eat. the option to eat and eat all are both grayed out on perfectly edible food. chocolate and a can of tomato soup

For everything wrong with 0.8 the nuclear plant is a master piece.... Ive never worn hazmat in this zone... at all actually other than trying it on... i always zombie suit with a geiger meter in hand. I enter from the west road, hit the building on the left where the thrain tracks are.... theres a cabinet in this area where the coolant pools are that CAN be forced, it has hazmat, or more importantly iodine pills, take 2, then enter the reactor building from the north west. Either go up to the control rooms and head into the reactors from there or Follow the arrows on the walls they will lead you to the reactor rooms. Depleted uranium goes in your pocket, lets face it your already glowing. Pheonix tears when Ars gets high and leave. Drink LOTS of water. Peeing drains the radiation levels from your body. stop at river and wash your clothes (this will take alot of soap probably 10+ bars, or if your like me only wash the puppet suit and then drive to the traders and sell the rest of your clothes *evil smily face*) drink heaps of water pee every time it hits 51%.

This update is called .8 the death of scum..... Myself and so many others have agreed that this update sucks it messed up the game big time..... They took the best cars out which were the truck and SUV and the plane for this piece of s*** new car that sounds like garbage..... And yet the cars are still not fixed after how many hot fix already
