Half of what is said in this guide is purely opinion and not tested truth bro within first few mins we get some bs " backpack won't get infected with a suit on wtf kinda random untrue info is that it will infect anything you have period suit or not

Kinda an old vid but, once you Decon with soap and swim and have no more radiation, peeing helps a lot more than you may realize, chugging and keeping your stomach full of water and you did all the other steps you will pee out the rest of the radiation passively just by keeping lots of water in your system.. so to recap, decon, swim, and pee, peeing makes it go down tremendously once it’s working it’s way out of your system! Huge kudos for the guide. Me and my buddy were just passing by C0 and my friend picked like C1 ARS and it was fricking him out all the way until we fortunately found some potassium pills. And some phoenix tears, lol. Now I know how much prep work we need to do to raid that place. Imo, it looks like it doesn't really worth the risk, although it's somewhat safer than the usual bunker raiding, considering that not a lot of people will go around C0. Great job and thank you very much.

Man, this makes me really happy that when I decided to go, I was EXTREMELY cautious when I was getting uranium for the first time lol. I made out with like 8 uranium and since it was only transferred to my backpack, it wasn't contaminated. I'm pretty sure that isn't suppose to happen, but I am happy I never got too irradiated! Next time I am definitely making sure I have phoenix tears next time though just in case lol.

Just a heads up: There is 2 types of radiation, that is clustered into 1 visual representation in the health screen. you have Internal and External radiation. external radiation is all the items you wear and can decon. internal radiation is stuff you breath/eat. to get rid of it, it takes time/water etc. to reduce internal radiation, you need to wear a mask, gas mask has the best defense for this. external radiation can be cleaned by washing. all items receive external radiation while in the radiation zone. hazmat suit counts as protection from both internal and external radiation. the less time your in a radiation area, the less contamination you get. so be quick when in the radiation zone. also, minimize personal entering the zone if you can. if you only have 1 hazmat suit in a squad, have the rest of your squad wait outside providing overwatch with sniper rifles at the loot drop point. you can also just give a squad mate a backpack and a gas mask and send them in to die to get the items you want from the POI. the less items you bring in, the less you have to clean when you get out.

So that vintage suit you looted at 8:51 would have help you last more inside if you equipped it right then Did you see any difference in healing between fresh and salt water? would antibiotics help taking them beforehand, they boost your imune system a lot? thanks for the wash-all tip and for the 22min potassium pill tip Great vid as always and thanks for the time and dedication you put in this

Didn't see any difference in water or salt water and yes the suit would have helped a bit from where I got it but I would have still died because the suit you get in there is radiated remember so only clean suit helps you. My pleasure bud.

This just makes me not want to bother at all. I can get loads of money through normal looting so doing all of this, for some extra money, including looting for the suit etc... makes the new POI pointless for me, and actually lost another poi in the camp site aswell! Brilliant :/

just found more bunkers with anti radiation containers! it kinda makes sense but almost all bunkers in a circular radious outside of the power plant has them, some in and some out of the rad zone also, 44:33 your jacket still had 0.8 radiation :3 and more than likely the weapons? i didnt get to see how to decontaminate or clean weapons from rad so am keeping them until 8-12 SV and then being extra carefull and mindfull of wich crate contains radiated stuff
