Raykit i found the way to activate the abandoned bunkers alarm for the dropship..!! it means the abandoned bunkers minigame front gate alarm with the minigame about maths problem solving...!! if you fail that one now the dropship arrives and drops a mech and the dropship itself attacks you as well.. as for the part of the dropship that arrives and drops a new mech i only seen it so far happen at the airfield in the middle of the map.. it only happens once all mechs have been destroyed from the airfield and the dropship itself wont fight you.. it just drops the new mech and leaves.. and like mentioned in my own personal comment the dropship also arrives when base building elements have reached 100 or above.. it arrives and drops a mech and attacks your base as well until your base elements have been reduced to 50 and leaves.. that's all the info i gathered so far about the new dropship feel free to experiment and test things out i hope you have fun like always

I played for 2 hr with the patch I never ran into a zombie until I got to the first town and got near the police station then 10 spawned inside. I was lucky and able to kill them but it really didnt feel any different to me. Im really hopefully that the next move is the puppets as the devs stated...I REALLY want to play and love SCUM again!!!

It’s really sad that you right, but they paid a expensive price for it the game dropped nearly by 50% of there player count, problems can appear but letting them unfixed for nearly a year is just lazy instead of bringing all those cosmetic packs ( i btw purchased to support them even tho I don’t use them ) they should’ve fix and communicate better this patch alone again is just a mess many things don’t work as intended

i just think WE the players of the game and the ones who have played a while now are jaded.. this game hasnt launched yet. they are trying new stuff and ironing out the old stuff which ofcourse there will be issues. The top tier games everywhere have issues and have had issues.. for me it's the amount of time it takes to fix even the simplest shit. Now when this game launches if these issues are still here and still happening anddddd it takes FOREVER to fix. yeahhhh then we should worry but dude.. this game is insane and MASSIVE. Every detail of this game is complex and probably a nightmare to figure out and master development wise. I have high expectations regardless of how frustrated i am at the bugs and issues right now, then i remind myself this game is in Beta. I almost wish i didnt stumble onto this game until it was fully launched lol

Finally talked me into playing again. Watched your vid. Was in a police station, fully maxed stealth, was lockpicking in the police station, got respawn, melee'd zombie, was horded. I wasn't geared at all, but I'm not going to keep doing this. Make hordes a checkbox or something dude.

I love scum this is actually a good patch. I hope this trend continues. I dropped the game awhile ago. I really like the qol improvements. I do sp only and I wish there can NPC's both friendly and hostile etc. That's my wait. But cool update.

Such a dope update! Still feels like puppets are spawning within a radius rather than just already being there but other than that its great. I noticed wooden standard arrows do a lot less damage as well which is cool they no longer kill puppets in one head shot you need two of them now! 🙏🤩

I'm playing on a server at the moment with a few friends and communicating via discord which helps alot obviously, but anyway me and one of my friends went to the southern naval base below the trader and entered via the docks and barely encountered many puppets but as soon as we started going into the submarine pen itself, it was just pretty much puppets all the way to the weapon lockers!. By the time we got to the lockers their was a alot of puppets inside and around the area, we managed to kill several of them, but by the time we had dispatched those more came, so i was only able to loot 3 of them , then we had to retreat and get back to our boat back to the trader, so it seems to me either the Devs or maybe servers now make it harder to go for the military lockers , making it more of a challenge which is good!.

just as i got use to running from the hoards and get a safe distance before fighting, Just logged in today and my player is fully reset dissapointing as i worked up 500 fame and got skills up. all part of the game will maybe give it a go or create a new player but apreciate now that the stealth works.* just logged in again and yes my fame is now Zero but my skills did not reset, I can deal with that now to get looing and find a car.

I love most of the new content in this update, especially the new BB elements, quads, FTUE system and loot changes. (loot changes is a big one for me personally) For the dropship system I expected something completely different. I feel like they currently only exist to literally piss people off for no reason.... At least they should drop some loot on their way, or even crash land and you have to find the ship. But, I think the devs still have bigger plans for this feature and it is probably just the basic foundation atm.

Yep, stealthed a whole bunker yesterday (not the Brenner one) with basic stealth and suppressed pistol. Didn't get horded once. Much better and more fun.

The stealth fix is an excellent change. GamePires desrves a round of applause for it. The hordes kept me from playing the game in single player with higher spawns and damage multipliers. I think I'll be checking out the new update. Appreciate your videos as always, Ray.

lovely update also Raykit i found a explanation about the dropship you were questioning of how it spawns on bases.. a youtube user named Wilksey75 said a player needs to have 100 base building elements or above for it to spawn and once your base building elements have been reduced to 50 then it leaves (in other words destroys half your base and leaves) i've been around during your livestream so i know all of the things you mentioned above since we all expressed our opinion when the update dropped when you were live as well as the testing (lets hope hospital windows get fixed) see you tomorrow i hope you have a lovely day

Stealth "working as intended" does seem to make the hordes make sense now. Making a ton of noise with no stealth, you get hordes. Have decent stealth and be sneaky breeki, no hordes. Before this change it was frankly ridiculous and put me off the game for a bit, think I'll try it out again. Does this solve the popcorn puppets as well?

2 me.. ur suppose to struggle with hoards. that was the point of them. obvious issues like half running into the ground, appearing out of no where etc. Hoards should be a thing but shouldnt be a "mechanic" if that makes any sense. if u alert a zombie, they should make a noise and other zombies hear it and run to u. but only if those zombies are around.. they shouldnt appear out of thin air.

The half length wall, is it working as intended? I wanted to use it to make a garage 2 foundations wide and have the garage door centered. You can put a half length wall down but can't connect anything to it. Can't go 90* from ii, can't put even another half wall straight on it and definitely can't put a garage door at the end of it. It would only be useful if the foundations were accepting. You'll see what I mean. It needed the foundations to work in conjunction. I still got to drive the car into the garage at an angle or build it 3 foundations wide so I can center the garage door. It needs some tweeking.

OKay, gonna give this another go then. So many games seem to be for hardcores only, when they should be for casuals. I dont mind games to have ironmanmode as optional. I also tested this today, I jumped into singleplayer and took no stealth skills at all and spawned in some stuff. Suppressed weapons do work even without any stealth skills. For me, it made no sense if it would be counting as a skill in stealth how quiet the weapons would be with or without a suppresser, if you know what I mean? What stealth skill does if you maxing it out is how much noise you make when moving around sneaking and maybe even searching more quiet in boxes and stuff. Now, that would make sense to me! 😊

It's so others can't hear what you do so much. using suppressed weapons etc and light on your feet. Even sounds you make while looting are quieter. The devs will be working more on the stealth skill in the future.

1. Advanced stealth benefits - AMAZING!!! 2. Spawning is safe location instead of random location - not really sure if I'm cool with that. 3. Many new base elements - I don't find them so useful most of them are just taking up space in the menu. 4. New vehicles + Radio for the vehicle - I don't like that. I think we have enough and the game developers should encourage players moving without vehicles and maybe fix the bikes. 5. Dropships might be an amazing idea but we haven't seen enough of them yet. 6. Loot cooldown - Man, that really sounds bad. 7. I would really like to see more effort from the DEVs fixing and adding useful stuff instead of paintings, radios, and decorations...

The spawning for puppets is disgusting, using the commands to show puppet locations you can see that entering a town they didn’t even spawn til I had finished looting two single story houses, three puppets spawned in (one in a house I already looted) two of the puppets phased through walls to chase me and the third came up from the ground. After clearing them I looted a police station only for 4 to spawn after I got all the way to the roof. The puppet system is god awful and feels disgusting, single player should have the old system as i feel it’s more about immersion and surviving not constantly fighting against the games shit mechanics
