Couple tips I’ve figured out. The improvised mine is currently a shot kill. Small trigger area. And you can blow yourself up with it. The cartridge trap is not very powerful. More of an alarm. Only does like 5-10% damage and doesn’t even make them limp, despite using a 50 cal round. Which also, make sure when crafting to separate your rounds. It only needs one, but will use the entire stack of rounds if not separated. Haven’t tested the pressure cooker yet but the claymore will kill people in a vehicle while doing very little damage to the Vic.

Thank you for the video, but I can't help but think that you could have shown some more. The size of the trigger (circle or laser) for someone with no Demolition skill to compare with what you showed, also how far do you have to be for awareness to trigger, both for someone with high awareness, and someone with low awareness The difference in explosion size between the different IEDs Also the difference in damage to walls and other things, Does it damage your own base if you plan on using these for defense? Is it permanent? Will it despawn once you go far away enough? how about after server reset? Can they be concealed underground and will they still work? I've heard some rumors about the Pressure cooker being buggy, and basically acting as a nuke, lethal up to 500 meters, is that true? What are good ways to upgrade your demolition skill? Once again, thank you for actually taking the effort to explain at least some of this.

Improvised mines are the cheapest raiding tool right now, exact same damage as grenade. To detonate by shooting at it, craft item and shoot. If you pick up ANY of your explosives you craft you will no longer be able to shoot at it and detonate it(without an added trigger). So for raiding, bring mats to wall you want to raid, craft, place in bundle (20-21 improvised mines for wooden palisades) and shoot and enjoy your loot. If you use for defense, right now you will set your own traps off eventually so be aware of that (bugged)If you want to place any laser trigger on your traps understand the moment you disarm that trap with the laser trigger it will be lost RIP. Pressure cooker bomb literally covers about a small towns worth radius so, it’s a must have in your base defense, Will wipe out an entire squad. Right now the usages are completely Broken for the materials used to craft these so...make sure to use lowest gunpowder items first, will eat a 1/150 use same damage and radius, will eat a 150/150 all the same. Happy raiding

There are 3 green circles on the map. These are safe zones. When you enter the zone you cannot be killed or kill.

Can you do a vid on how to use the demo on a base? Cause Metal walls haven't been working since the last "hotfix" They fill but never complete. Since that is happening and the all levels of the bombs are working, built bases are kinda crap. And so many players are either pro lock pickers or something so a locked up game building is not an option. If you are in godmode the metal walls fill but if not in god mode you cant build them...

what ist the damage of all bomb types? what is the damage to all 6 different walls from all types of bombs ? does shooting the claymores in MP work? (for me it does not) does the material cost to craft bombs vary with different skill? what are the radiuses? what is the damage dropoff? can you do a second guide with answers to those questions?

ok so claymore imrpovised 20%dmg wood/13%dmg iron walls, pipe bomb -6%dmg wood 3-2%dmg iron, improvised mine 7%dmg wood, 3-4%dmg iron, cooker bomb ussles to raid another bases but and a giant radiuse for players so wach out :)

Don't know if it's a glitch but I blew myself up with my own bomb in an online game once. Pretty sure it's not someone else disarmed and re-armed it, as the bomb was behind a claimed locked door. Since then I was so scared to plant any bombs near my base.

Devs are fixing it so your bombs you plant will not blow you up. Until this friday there is a small chance they will blow you up as they are buggy right now.

RK. You don't need any Demo skill to disarm them. Crouch in first person. Do it slow..and disarm them. I'm at -5/10,000 demo. And I've disarmed about 20 so far... Alot of people place them now.

What I want to know is how do the new traps work in relation to flags and teams. will my teammate receive the same protection as in the same way as he can open doors I lock. do flags affect the placement of traps, for example, can I put a trap out the front of an enemy base and if so does the flag stop it from making the owner triggers it or does it work as usual.

Ray, could you check something for me. Right after patch 3.0, I placed a mine in the inventory of a vehicle. that vehicle was subsequently stolen. The thief (grrr!) asked me in chat, why the vehicle was beeping faster and faster when he drove it. So my question is. Does placing a mine in a vehicle booby trap said vehicle?

Why would they make an improvised claymore that is shaped like a real claymore, but have it explode in the wrong direction? It's funny because a real claymore has "this side towards enemy" written on the outside surface so you don't make this mistake IRL.

5-6 claymore improvised mine can destroy 3-4 wals at a distance of 1/5 cars in youre wood base and give dmg like 6 wals behind first wall its fuking OP.Imprivised claymore(20%DMGwood)/ CLaymore-40%DMG wood) but i dodnt know how find the second clay more :) They shoudnt nerf this.
