Lol.. he took the mushrooms the right way. When dosing you take the whole amount at once. Weather it's microdose, a regular dose or a deep dive. You do not take small amounts throughout the day, it's a waste. Also, he took a pretty small/average dose lol. I'd say not more than 2 grams. Any capsule is not going to contain more than a half gram at full capacity. Capsules are usually reserved for microdoses, where you only take one or two tops. You don't trip on a microdose. He is definitely a lightweight, but so am I.
