To be fair, from what I can extrapolate, in this run Javi was probably flirtatous, and travelling alone with someone for years in a high-stress situation that your attracted to with those kind of mixed signals can make you angry. It doesn't make someone hitting you or putting their hands on you right, but the feeling is understandable. It was just expressed inappropriately and disrespectfully. This goes for both men and women. Don't put your hands on people, people. it's just plain not nice.

Javi was the one person she felt she loved and could really trust, but then he denies her love just to stay loyal to his brother who is also her abusive husband. Don't forget that Javi is trying to rescue David and escape with him anyway, so now Javi is basically trapping her back into an abusive relationship. Think about that. Kate is not a thot for trying to escape from an abusive relationship and finding someone else who is right for her. P.S: How Javi reacts to Kate's advances is determinant to your choices.
