Dude, once the cod boys learn to not repeek when low HP, they’re gonna be insane. They’re still not use to the TTK but when they get a better feel for that, I can see them going competitive for sure. Game IQ is already getting there.

i think it's worth the re peek because the ttk is so slow, you just have to bet on your aim being better than the other guys. a low health chal can be the difference between winning a 1 and getting run down, and can literally come down to the last bullet/hp. deciding when to heal mid fight is tough, and leaves your team pretty vulnerable. edit: which is where the apex specific game sense comes in

@@Jacob-Faria Repeeking in apex is the sign of either someone very advanced or very new. In the case of the cod guys, it’s very new. They’re used to getting hit from behind and being able to turn around and quickly kill their opponent. That doesn’t work in apex. Sure, with good aim, you’ll do some damage, but 9/10 times repeeking will get you knocked. Especially in higher skilled lobbies. There’s always a time and a place for it, but they do it every single time. Their brain doesn’t ever think to heal first. It’s always shoot first. That’s a problem they’ll correct with more game time which is what I mean in my original comment.

@@ComicKodi cod kids nowadays arent used to getting hit from behind and being able to turn around and quickly kill their opponents, those golden days are gone....every gun feels like shotguns nowadays with how fast they kill, really the only shot you have of 180 turning on someone is if they whiff superrrr bad i do feel like theyre trying to do that in apex because of how cod USED to be, i find myself doing that all the time too (im a cod kid picked up apex this summer), trying to 180 turn on shit on someone for the dopamine lmao

@@winzXXS probably the best new player I've actually seen in apex. Man took zero time to learn the weapon mechanics. Recoil isn't the hardest in apex but its super impressive how quickly he has learned things like that
