Yo dashy, 360g's of water, 7g's of instant yeast, 11g's of salt, 420g's of bread flour. Chuck that in a bowl and then put it covered in the fridge for up to 3 days. When you want the best bread you will ever have, just take it out, leave it on a floured counter for an hour until the oven comes to 450*, and then chuck it in for 30 mins. I'm telling ya, easy AF and you'll never want to buy bread again
