D'oh! Capra's total score should have been 9, not -13. I triple-checked but still missed them! Two errors: 1. Gate 5, failed to apply the gate-touch 5 points. 2. After Bonus gate, applied 2 instead of 1 reverse. This brings the Gladiator even closer - just 8 points!

Thinking l'll do the SCX10.3 Bronco kit once it's here. Then we'll have a 312mm wheelbase 10.3 for better comparison!

@@RCTNT Great stuff! I'm actually partial to the Gladiator for being a ""performance underdog"" due to it's lenghty wheelbase. I love working around problems, such as for instance how to drive an old 911 and its rear-engined traits... But there's only so much you can do to this rig now to make it work without losing its essence. That new "old" SCX10.3 on non-portal axles looks amazing for what I've seen around, tho. It's screaming you to put a good scale figure on it to make the most of it, scalewise.

Good video, you’ll have to do Capra vs comp rig. Also are you getting an element ecto or gate keeper?

Possibly a Gatekeeper. Definitely have to compare the MRC to the Capra in the meantime, it'd be all about short wheelbase & pin tires vs DIG, I guess. Both are 3s brushless. Hm. Good idea!

I just discovered your channel today. I'm loving it! From what I'm seeing on the 10 iii, wouldn't you be much better off with the JLU and some decent wheels and tires?
