Glue your tires….. it does make a big difference. At least, it did when I first built mine. I just glued 4 small sections on one side of each wheel, just enough to hold them in place, but I would still be able to remove it later, with little or no damage, if I needed to. Still It surprised me afterwards when it started poppin a wheelie on my first take off after the glue dried. I didn’t realize just how much my tires were spinning b4.

Seems there are no metal beat lock based wheels for some reason. I could not find any in MT size.

O-ring bump stop on the shock shaft should help with the bottoming out!

I have an ecx barrage 1/24 that i dropped a 2s lipo in and replaced the wheels with hbx devastator wheels, i also swapped the electronics from the hbx over to the barrage. With the stock driveline (motor, tranission, drive shafts, and axles), it will do backflips. I also lifted the body about 22 mm which helped raise the COG to aid with rotational forces. It looks ridiculous and is very unstable to drive, but a lot of fun!

The point of this was to say i think the ecx transmission is much better geared for the task of mt then the scx tranission. I am working on a trans tray for ecx to fit the scx trans tray to attempt to fit my ecb3d mt frame.

@4:50 mark, I can see throttle moving back forth slightly (up by where we would calibrate). Is that typical? Mine does that from time to time. Strange

I'm new to this but I have my scx24 C10 that I have done a few of the simple upgrades like the Barrage motor, aluminum links and double barrel shocks but my question here is can I just add this motor, ESC and battery to my Scx24 and that's all the parts I'll need to get it driving around this fast?

You could do it cheaper if you keep the stock chassis. Then you can run a surpass rocket 7500kv Mofo and Mofo rc motor mount.

The ramps are Sphero Jump Ramps. I think they are discontinued now as well. Check local teacher supply stores. They sold them with the educational sphero RCs

Question for you all. I have the furitek lizard pro with the komodo motor and forward facing transmission mount all that good stuff anyway I want to run the Godzilla motor and I want to use my existing setup and not run the rocket man transmission so to be clear I want to use the forward facing komodo mount and transmission setup instead of the rocket man transmission. Is this possible? From everything I've seen it just needs that forward facing mount so this should be good right? Please can any you all help? Alot of channels dealing with 5he Godzilla have comments turned off I don't know why anyone would have a KZbin channel with comments turned off unless they just really "suck" lol but fo real help
