Scyrox V8 review after 3 weeks hardcore use

Man, your review answered every question I had- even comparing it to the op18k specifically, which I just got but didn't tick all my boxes shape wise. I'm ordering this now, and if your review can be taken as any reference at all- the V8 might very well end up being my absolute endgame for this generation. Love your review style btw, 10/10

@DatBoyGuru Is v6 newer? I do a fingertip/claw hybrid, do you think the 2mm extra height works with it? My 38.2mm G Pro is just slightly too low (I know v8 is 38, but I'm thinking the hump makes up for it?) so I'm not sure if 40mm might be too tall. Do you have a v6 review?

@@DreamingPhenom GPX is a bigger mouse, V6 is a smidgen taller but overall the GPX will feel larger. yes i have the V6 but i haven't beat the crap out of it yet

Where did you get this info? I am testing my 200mah MAD R MAJOR unit and it lasts about 20Hrs+-1Hr on 8k polling and esports settings. I am deciding now if i need the plus version with 500mah.

@@HidaKAnub i wish it was even possible out here, credit cards are for the absolute richest, and how that's even possible is that the rich pay somebody abroad (usually either from france or germany) A WHOLE LOT OF MONEY for them to setup a credit card established outside of the country i live in, they also pay the same person to put money in the credit card, and change the address of shipping on some services, it's an absolute pain in the ass even for the richest, because they have to rely on other people even then, we're not even done, close to no service on the face of this planet ships to here except for like amazon, and the shipping, even the slowest option available, costs sometimes double the price of the product, let alone you decide on a fast shipping that won't take 2 months to ship, if you choose the 2 weeks shipping, you pay like 5x times the price of the product. you decide on the 3 days shipping? sometimes up to 9x times the price of the product, it's truly ridiculous

i had an ultradash and the qc is not up to par for me. the base separated from the surface after 1 wash. also it wasn't a poron base. lookup kingjade or D-Glow they make real poron bases for 1/2 the price of Artisans. They have all kinds of speeds too.

i don't have a type 99/GSR but i'd venture to say they share the same idea. The JIU is also a very lightweight poron base. The color IRL is vibrant and not a muted matcha type green. My only concern would be keeping it clean haha

I need some help with my scyrox, I just got it and it won’t connect at all or work. Whenever I turn it on it flashes red then goes away and I tried charging it for a while and I’m pretty sure it has not does anything. I have tried both the wireless and wired connection both don’t work. HELP!

DO not pick the AJ159 APEX, i have it, the buttons are creaking... Something is wrong with he sensor on mine, after a few hours gameplay it will drag the sensor like it changes DPI way too low for a second. Overall, i do not recommend AJAZZ, it is a lower quality product. Scyrox/ATK/Lamzu are definitely a higher quality products.

It seems like such a good mouse but unfortunately I just dislike this shape. It looks like an X2H Mini clone and it just doesn't feel great to me. OP1 8k and X2V2 Mini shapes are way better to me with the more flat hump. To me it's a weird choice that they went with such a unique shape that has its fans for sure but also not for a lot of people imo.

you're right this ia a more wedgy shape not made for everyone. But for me having a bigger hand and loving the OP1we but finding it a bit too small, this shape let's me enjoy the smaller mouse without fatigue.

i got today mine, i tried to download the update firmware in the scyrox official site and my pc detects the .exe like a troyan. idk if someone tried to download and have the same problem.

my pc didn't detect like troyan and i successfully update the mouse firmware which is v2.20 instead of v2.18 they fixed the dpi preset not being saved and when your pressing the dpi button doesn't go back to your saved number of dpi preset you set at

@@DatBoyGuru For firmware updates you need to download a file. Nothing you can do via the web driver. And unfortunately all major browsers detect something malicious with the file. I downloaded it anyway and ran a check on the file on almost all major antivirus software. Almost all of them the flagged it as a Trojan. I emailed Scyrox about it but have yet to receive a reply.
