SD Highway Patrol stops an impaired driver

The driver in the video was ultimately arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
In 2012, 53 people died in South Dakota in alcohol-related crashes, and nearly 40% of off fatalities were alcohol-related. An additional 721 people were injured in alcohol related crashes that year.
Don't be a statistic. Don't drink and drive.
