I think the HC ghost is kinda mid but the suchomimus looks sick! At least its not the the other one with ben cuz this one has paint all the way down to the tail

If i was there i would ask: can the scan code be under the feet again? Can we get the whole tail painted? Can the paint on the belly run all the way under the tail? Can the proportions be a little better (feet, tail) on the main line dinosaurs? Why do you guys do not use the ILM files for better perfect accuracy?

These are all good questions. I liked the code under the foot more as well. I think the slot kinda takes away from the figure. I also wish they painted more of the figures. But, then I remember: although Jurassic World is loved by children and adults, these are toys to be played with more than collecting. Why waste money painting nails when kids are gonna scrape the feet raw? A code under the foot wears out faster than a slotted tab. Big feet stand better. And so on. That's why there's a Hammond Collection. Although not perfect, they were designed for adult collectors, not little kids. The other lines are for play. They have play features and electronics for that reason. To create collectible quality figures to sell to kids who want to play with them makes no financial sense. I hope I'm making sense here. I do agree that it would be great if they added more accurate details to their general lines, but I don't think they'll ever do that because it's a loss. Now, I very much agree with the point that the Hammond Collection figures should use more ILM data for better accuracy. Although I'm satisfied with the current HC releases, I'm aware that there are those who are not. Yet, some demands, not all, call for so much that I wonder: why don't they just collect the premium statues? They will always be more accurate and collectible. And if one spends much less on plastic toys, a $300 statue is very obtainable. That's just my opinion.

@@LifeFindsaJ most of your comment i agree on but at least on the legacy line i want more paint on the dinos and scan code under the feet because it's more a collector line. The Therizinosaurus and Giganotosaurus are a big step up in the right direction!

Absolutely losing it at the fact that their HC Therizinosaurus has two left arms (partially because mine has two right arms). I find it...humerus. :D But in all seriousness, I wonder if that was an oversight, or if that one got caught and QC'd and they just held onto it, figuring no one would notice.

Update from twitter: True FX is something to do with more facial likeness according to @TheRealSomaCruz. Interesting how they could use this for the dinosaurs. I wonder if they can do Spino with it. This is particularly for humans too, with more facial likeness.

They kinda hinted an Indominus Rex may be coming. A Spinosaurus would be AWESOME!!!! The reason I haven't bought any other Indominus or Spino is because I'm holding out that they make those two HC. I have a version of each in my collection, but an HC would be killer!!

There was a question where they asked about the gates crowd fund and if any of that is being repurposed. They said that they are looking into releasing elements from the crowd fund in future sets. Hey, the buck could be one of them 🤷‍♂️
