Imo, and I use Arcane as an example, Hazbin Hotel having eight episodes isn't the problem. Arcane was a fucking masterpiece from it's unique art style to it's story and characters, and that show had nine episodes for it's season 1, but the episodes were 40 to 50 minutes long (from what I remember), which gave it plenty of time to focus on everything and nothing felt rushed. The issue with Hazbin Hotel however is the episodes are only 20 or so minutes long, and the team had to put as much into one episode as they could because at the time they could've have more episodes then that or more run time for each episode (does that make sense?). So really, Hazbin Hotel just needs episodes that are much longer, if they're going to be putting more action, drama, and focusing on character backstories as well and making The Vees (Vox, my love-) into great season 2 villains

aside from this tho, i hate how the "chaggie is boring" people kept saying we needed more angst as if so many sapphic couples hadn't already had plenty of angst and then broke up and weren't able to get back together bc the show has been cancelled. sure, it is frustrating how in the hazbin/helluva universe, mlm ships are more sexual but at the same time, having a new fluffy cute wlw ship in a long while is a breath of fresh air 😭. the last one that i can think of that i actually liked is leni and cäcilia from schloss einstein and that was a teenage/children's show (also, lumity)

If you love animals which by your pfp I bet you do, You will hate The High Evolutionary, If you want to watch the film don’t read anymore but Basically Rocket, our main Raccoon secret protagonists has a depressing back story like he had animal friends when he was an experiment, like he got tortured and pulled limb from limb, and sticked back together, and Jesus, it’s depressing because of how in one scene, when The High Evolutionary god mad since Rocket proved he was smarter than his creator, he forced him to solve his issues, but to only leave him behind from The New World, promising Rocket would only fix wires and cables, while his friends get killed and or tortured, Rocket running back to his friends, tries to free his friends, frees his female friend, possibly lover. She dies, shot through her chest, by none other than The High Evolutionary. Rocket in an act of rage, runs towards The High Evolutionary, cutting his face to pieces, imperfecting it, two guards come and shoot but miss Rocket, Rocket turns around to see his other friends dead on the ground, his friends Tooth and Floor, named after they all bonded, calling each other names because they were called experiments like 89-P13, they all died, in front of Rocket, He escapes traumatized and haunts him to adult hood, after all the morphs and destroying to Rockets body, he can’t escape. And in the end of the movie, he rescues other animals who were going to be tortured by The High Evolutionary

I've always kind of interpreted that as Charlie being afraid of losing control and Lust taking over (much in the way we say Wrath taking over Luci in the finale). Since we don't know what sex ed for Hell royalty is like, I'm gonna wager a guess that growing up in Hell might cause some apprehension toward sex or at the very least some negative associations. So I absolutely agree with you, Charlie seems uncomfortable in sexual situations, but I think that might be a combination of circumstance (Hell) and unpredictable external factors (Sins), rather than personal preference. I really hope that it will be addressed or resolved in some way. That being said, I can't imagine the Exorcists having a healthy relationship with sexuality, Adam being their only role model. But if what Viv said here holds true, we are looking at Chaggie as a pretty developed relationship, at least beyond the earlier stages, and I assume they've communicated and found a healthy way to express their sexuality to some extent. So we might not get to see the conflict as such, but I'd be very pleased to see some of it addressed!

Like what? Yes Charlie is a princess but that doesn't mean she can control their thinking as she wants. Even if she didn't know his true motives, she had no right to judge and compare him like that. - Lucifer wanted to protect her from danger, even if Charlie didn't know it. - He was struggling with his own problems and depression and it might have been too psychologically taxing to help her. - Alastor is a manipulator, his help was with a selfish intention, which she didn't notice, but she still knows Alastor's personality a little - She didn't take into account her father's emotional state and problems, she only focused on her own goals. (only then did she gave a chance to him, but she still judged him and didn't give him a chance at the beggining). Her words were inappropriate and showed her lack of empathy towards her own family. It was really over the line and out of line. She almost never apologized only some times but that's all And she is really hypocrite Alastor at the episodes 8 when was war between demons and angels exorcists and he protected hotel and main cast Adam hurted Al and Al disappeared but others didn't know it and thought he died Charlie didn't cry or anything she was like in the mind: Wow sad But when Sir Pentious protected them and died for them Charlie cried as a baby!! And even made portrait of him! But what about Alastor?!! Even if Alastor didn't protect them genuinely Charlie doesn't know it lol. Some people say she is really so empathic HA! She even didn't cry about Alastor Charlie and empathic?? It's rather superficial empathic! She doesn't wanna help others cause of joy or something like that She wanna help others cause she needs to or has to in order she would feel better about herself Charlie is hypocrite!
