Great color build. One question. I use DOP, and always have bubbles and no vacuum chamber, did u degas the plastic before heating or does the bait plastics just not bubble as much as the DOP? Appreciate the info.

Hey man, thanks! Straight from the factory, BP de-gases their stuff before it ships so a fresh bucket rarely has bubbles. Once its opened though, all bets are off, especially if it sits a long time and the humidity of the shop changes a bunch... no matter what brand you use, that's unavoidable. The cups in this video came from plastic that's been in 1-gallon jugs for a while, so I definitely had to vac it, I just did so before starting the video to save time.

Off topic, but with the zman patent apparently set to expire, are you planning to go back to the direct blade connection?

Great question. I've heard conflicting info on the 'ol patten topic... some say its dead and gone and the gates are wide open to start direct connecting. Others say they, effectively, "renewed" the patent by adding the Hellrazer to it. That addition "changed" the patent enough that they were able to file again for the same coverage. No sure what to believe, but I also, personally, like the hunting action that a split ring connection gives me - seem more erratic. Granted, the sound isn't as loud, but if I REALLY want sound I just add rattles to the body. Either way the patent goes, I'll likely stick with my split ring connection.
