Logan Thompson move was "ruthless"? He asked for a trade and they accommodated his request. He did interviews with local Vegas media after the trade where he explained how he wanted to stay and get an extension if he could be guaranteed the starting role going forward. The team couldn't guarantee that so they did right by him and sent him where he'd have that opportunity. He also said he still had a good relationship with the team. If you actually listened/watched the interview you guys are referencing where Thompson said "I guess Vegas takes all the credit for the goaltending, right?" you'd understand it was because of the framing from the reporter, not a shot at the Knights. I get that it's not your team and a market that's far away but I don't think it's too much to ask for you guys to actually do more research to know what you're talking about.

A reason probably the main reason Lankienin chose vancouver is because the goalie coach coached him in Finland before coming into the nhl. Finish hockey groups are tight so having that connection is big. Also i feel the need to say that going up against edmonton as a rookie goalie going up against the best offensive core, its impressive he didnt completely put up below .800%

Those jersey prices sound crazy but consider that when a player is traded or when a team changes designs they usually have a ton of overstock that are suddenly worth less that they will want to unload. I've gotten indo-authentic adidas jerseys for as low as $40-$75 and I've gotten pro-stock adidas jerseys from team sales for about $100. I am sure if people are patient they will be able to buy an on ice authentic jersey for $300 CAD (and occasionally much lower), which should be about fair.
