When connecting to a server over a LAN there is no need for port forwarding since you are within your own network
“Exclusive” mode stops all users from changing the settings altogether.
The owner can ensure he/she has overall remote choice by ensuring they are the initial connection.
(The owner can have this first client running either on the server hardware, or any other computer)
“IQ” mode sends the full IQ data stream and only works over high speed LAN (or in a limited way on a super-fast end to end internet connection). “Audio” mode is recommended for WAN (internet) use - this send the audio and the visual spectrum display information
