Sea-Doo Spark rear extension Hull add-on for 2up

This video will show you how to add on to your Sea-Doo Spark 2up extension Hull.now mind you that this will not turn you Sea-Doo Spark 2-up in to a 3up legal. You will need to buy the following additional parts to make it legal , 3up seat and the Hull identification weight sticker that's located on the right (passanger) kick panel. Also ur registration will show 2up!!

It makes a difference on choppy water or big waves plus if you back up you won't hit the jet pump because it's protected by the extended piece, you can also add storage on the back now for extra fuel or snacks 😁

Great instructional video mate! 👍😁 I've got a 2015 Seadoo Spark & I absolutely love it! What year is your Yellow one? Have you got many hours on it? Have you ever had any problems with your driveshaft spinning inside the PTO on the Crankshaft? There's quite a few threads on the Spark forums about the Splines stripping inside the PTO caused by incorrect eng alignment! On the 2016 models the PTO screws on & can be removed with the eng still inside the hull but on the earlier models it's heat shrunk on & the eng has to be removed & torn down to remove the crankshaft! ... Hopefully not all of them will have this problem! Cheers mate 👍 Beanie (Australia)

Both Sea-Doo Sparks are 2016 and so far I had zero problems and I have now almost 65 hours, we also don't abuse them and change oil every year.

I just bought all the parts brand new from BRP to put the extension on my wife's 2up my only question is wouldn't you want to put sealant on everything to keep water out, I'm gonna seal everything but good video thanks.

No sealent is required and I take my Sparks on Lake Michigan sometimes where you can end up with big waves, never had a problem.

All parts fit perfectly and my wife loves it much easier to get back on with the extension.

Ohh my! I dont think I have the part numbers as I got them all used besides the foam from the dealer, you can always call any Sea-Doo dealer in the US or Canada and they will provide you with the part number that ur looking for.

It's more stable on choppy water specially when I'm on Lake Michigan and we do a 35+ miles across, does not affect the performance whatsoever including hard turns or top speed, I also love the extended piece because I can sit in the back with my feet in the water or simply just dive off the extended piece, you can also get a kit where you can mount a cooler and a gas can. I'll make videos this coming summer so people can have an idea how it looks on water and the advantage, it also saves ur IBR if you back up into something or if someone rear ends you.

There's 4 prices you will need, lower hall and it needs foam on each side (3) and the upper piece with foam,(2) totally 5 parts not including the bolts.

Right and left bumper comes as one piece to extend from 2 up to 3 up.

If you'd like to add a 3 seater you'll need the 3 seater plus the rear seat bracket to support the third person.
