Hey I also watched your other seafoam vid and these are both super helpful for giving some love to the 2.0, I’m sure the results and miles driven after these steps will vary, nut it was great seeing the hydrocarbons burning off. Thanks for your time!

Thank you for viewing and commenting. Please excuse my late response, time has a way of getting away from us. Its been a reliable preventative maintenance system of mine for many years with no issues, it was recommended to me by a very knowledgeable mechanic who only worked on euros.

Great tutorial on this process! I have a 2009 s5 and its do for plugs and coils but I'm going to try the Sea Foam on the intake first. This video is going to help for sure. These 4.2s are such great motors and strong! I just dread those times when I have to replace a parts around the motor. I'm about to replace the T-stat, this should be interesting . Great video!

Thank you for the view and comment. Sorry for late response, but life. You're right, good solid setup. Power feels constant. I've driven a couple S5 v8, wouldn't mind finding one. Almost on my dream car list. As far as the work you plan on doing. Man, let me know how it goes. My A6 has been sitting so long that I noticed some leaks last time I ran it, gonna have to start ripping it apart to see what happened. Coolant and a little oil, should be fun

@@ScarzCarz One bolt on the t-stat made it really painful. It was located right above the oil pan and almost impossible to get any kind of socket on it. I was able to get it done thou. I did the seafoam treatment and replaced the coils and plugs. Definitely noticed a difference. She seems to run a bit stronger and smoother. I changed the oil as well and decided to change out my faulty oil level sensor on the bottom of the pan. While I was removing the sensor, a piece broke off and fell into the oil pan. No way to retrieve it without pulling the pan. So my 30 minute oil change turned into an all day event😠. The oil pan wasn't hard to remove, just a ton of bolts. Thanks for sharing your video,. Seafoam treatment went smoothly!
