Inspirational and very much appreciate you sharing your adventures. This so encourages me to get out there and enjoy before the years go by and rob me of the opportunity. The time is now.........cheers, Dan

it is a magical place, the shearwaters nearly hit you there. How far is it to paddle from whitesands to solva?
@steveh34834 жыл бұрын
commented on your earlier video, I went out where you wanted to go on a SOT a few years ago, only just made it back against the tide, ready now....

Some great climbing down there........@1.58min the lads were cooling off from climbing at St Govan's Head. @ 3.47min, that is The Great Valero, although they called it Kitten Paws or something, and a bit further up is Barrel Zawn for deep water soloing.

It's been unbelievable, Alan, I've even left open bags of cement out knowing they won't get wet, and washing on lines for a couple of hours, ha ha.

Of course we can’t wait for the full video.

Finding time is a real problem, plus I've had endless problems with the CPU overheating on my computer. Hopefully a new heat sink has fixed that.

Couldn't go wrong in that weather could I? Or could I? The footage in the fog, I was chock full of a cold, with a splittin' head, but just like showbiz..........the show must go on, ha ha.

Episode?...........There are 7 episodes for this outing, and 12 for the Cornwall outing, plus a Vietnam trailer and episode, and a fabulous encounter with Dolphins from LAST YEAR, ha ha. I have it ALL to do, and not enough time to do it.

Nice; what a great time to be alive! BTW, did you train that seal to put on that act for you @4:30 ?
@GBPaddling6 жыл бұрын
No lie, I had no idea it was there, I was filming the undersea scene and some sandeels, and it just appeared!!! What luck, and I shouldn't have been there, they'd told me not to go that far as the Firing Range was operative.
@GBPaddling6 жыл бұрын
They told me not to go there, but there was all kinds of people up on the cliffs, and the Irish lads swimming said it was fine. When I got to St Govan's Chapel, there were people there also. I phoned the firing range the day after and complained, whatever use that was.

Aye up Frank, enough with the teaser trailers, bring on the main event! On a slightly different note do either you or Matt (if he’s still paddling) have use for a spare P&H neoprene spraydeck? Used once from new, size M/L, snug fit on my Cetus.
@tomwilson69156 жыл бұрын
Never! No worries, doesn’t hurt to ask, thought you were back paddling an Aries again, my bad.
@GBPaddling6 жыл бұрын
M/L won't go near me, just had a XL from Reed and it's busting at the seams, ha ha. Thanks for the offer though. Think Matt's on a Sea Kayaking sabbatical.

Fancy a paddle? Sounds desperate but pulling my hair out at the moment for a bit of company that’s a good crack on a day out. Live in Yorkshire.
@GBPaddling6 жыл бұрын
A paddle in Yorkshire? ha ha. Flamborough's good, and Whitby. Busy this week, but if next weekend's ok, absolutely. I was gonna do Anglesey yesterday, but they forecast winds, but the winds stayed away.
@tomwilson69156 жыл бұрын
Sounds good just remember your passport!!! The Sunday would be better for me depending on how you’re fixed? If there is a way on here to exchange contact details privately let me know as I haven’t yet fathomed it out. I say desperate as t’other half who I usually paddle with is incapacitated and has been for some time now.
