Been a while. Hope all is well and you are still kayaking. I go every few weeks if you need a lift or to borrow a yak reply to the comment. Thanks for all the content, I've done a lot of the paddles after watching you do them. Cheers.

Great vid! Here I am July 5 2024, it's 17 degrees pissing with rain like the rest of the summer. Totally fed up with the government and cloud seeding and chemtrails!

And no helmet 😂😂😂 Frank shows the importance of waiting and watching the swell for a while first . We have all done this with varying results 😅

Miss your videos, Frank. I moved to Cornwall 2014 and we spend as much time as possible paddling and diving this stunning coast. Checking out your videos again as we are paddling the Boscastle area later this week. I heard the tragic life story and hope you are well. If ever you fancy a paddle down here again give us a shout.

Hi Frank, I finally got a kayak and have just come back from some paddling in Cornwall. After watching your videos over and over again I felt like I was in your vid at Mullion Cove last week. When it got a bit choppy I could hear your voice in my head. Lol. I'm still new to it but loving it. Going to Polperro and back to Lizard in a couple of weeks so keep re watching your vids. Thanks for inspiring me, your vids always cheer me up. 😊 Hope you are well and still paddling! 👍

Hi Frank, hope you are well. I thought about you the other week when I visited North Stack for first time and couldn't remember the name of the cave. I thought I know a man who does. Rewatching your fantastic videos ...again. (lost count how many times I have) I read you have had a tough few years and send you best wishes.

I can't believe you went to Fladda Chuaine and you didn't go and see the ancient chapel ;) It's a great paddle on a good day. Are you guys still paddling? If you ever fancy exploring the north coast then your always welcome here. The coastline here is spectacular.

The most interesting part for me, (apart from my beautiful Cornwall) is that rather interesting piece of granite under the water at 10:53, it looks worked! Left wondering if it’s a part of our Kernow history! Always love watching your videos of our Eden on earth! Sadly unlike the millions that visit our home every summer, you can tell you love our home as much as we do, you see her beautiful! Can’t tell you how often each summer we overhear visitors saying “it’s Ok, but there isn’t a lot to do!” It brakes our hearts and annoys us in equal measure! The are literally standing on the most beautiful place on earth, and rather than explore it, they rather just have a Brighton look-alike. So sad. 😩 Thank you for loving our Eden on earth as much as we do! Nadelik Lowen (Merry Christmas)

Hi Frank. I have been trying to find out for ages why you "disappeared" and have just come across the threads below. I am so sorry to hear both your news and that of Matt. Missing you guys so much but fully understand. Hopefully you will recover the will to get out on the water soon. Best. Paul (Spain)

Awesome video, thank you for sharing. Slains is amazing. My ancestors from clan Hay built that castle, Or had that Castle built I should say. We still hold the Hay name to this day! And you’re absolutely right about the poo going down there haha. There’s a good history video about this castle on KZbin plus loads of information on google.
