I love the alluding to him voicing Jack, but not confirming. Because if it's true it's such a great thing that a community member was brought it, and great for Raven. Well I'm here to ruin your day. The voice actor will most likely be Jared Butler, as they mentioned bringing in a stunt double to do the voicing. (He also voiced Jack Sparrow in a few other games).

Three things I noticed is that when the Flying Dutchman shows up for the first time there seems to be a glowing blue light on the deck, maybe hinting at the fact that Davy Jones and the sirens may be working together. Another thing is that the clam creature we see with the emerald also has what looks like a fin on it's head just like the mermaids with the blue jems do. The last thing I noticed was that where the swords cross into the skull at the end, it almost looks like Captain Jack Sparrow's skull. I don't know if any of this means anything, it's just some interesting things I've noticed.

It's been in our faces the whole time. Go to Discovery Ridge and stand upon the northeast shore. There is a rock painting there called "The Mermaid Gatekeepers." There are two mermaids, one with blue eyes and one with golden between a symbol.. the "gate." Note the staffs they carry are different from each other. Also and more importantly in the center of the island there is another golden eyed mermaid attacking a ship. The title of this rock painting in the riddle maps is called, "The Wrath of the Siren."

The merfolk curse has a few stages. The merfolk we see that save us are only half way through, they are still sane and have a deal with the pirate lord to return us to our ships, the sirens are the final product of the curse where they are no longer sane. The little crab on the cannon is always in cinematic trailers, there just haven't been any of those since the first anniversary update. The Hungering Deep, Cursed Sais, Forsaken Shores and Tall tales had cinematic trailers, shrouded spoils might've too but I forget. Maybe crabs are coming but maybe not, I'm happy too see him back though. That tattoo may be new but there is makeup that gives a stripe below the chin and I believe that is the admiral jacket. That pirate is not Mr. Cotton, he is a member of the tall tale crew. If you look in any trailer for tall tales he is there. The old mother kraken is dead so the krakens are slowly going extinct in SoT but that scene is in the sea of the damned so who knows. The mermaid statue with the yellow eyes might be a tale checkpoint. Not sure what you mean by Jack is on the ferryman's brigantine and then saying that the brigantine is actually a galleon. Jack appears to be in the brig of the ferryman's ship which is a galleon.

Looking at the front of the ferry of the damned and that sunken boat, is it possible that the boat you swim into is the “original” ferry of the damn, or in other words the first boat to sink in the sea of thieves? Then in doing so you can raise up the new ferry of the damned and make whole it’s ethereal form

Okay i just realized that this game is from the same company that made Banjo and Kazooie , image Jack Sparrow walking around and sees a golden Jiggy puzzle piece he head over to grab it when outta nowhere Banjo and Kazooie show up and then Jack Sparrow says hmm first i come across a talking dog and a talking duck him referring to kingdom hearts of course and then he say now a bear with yellow shorts and a blue backpack 😅 and Banjo just smile 😁 and does one of his attacks on Jack Sparrow. 🏴‍☠️🐻
