Sea of Thieves - Smile, You Son of a...

This is literally the only time a megalodon has blown itself up on my ship, and I don't know how it happened. I guess... they just don't attack from directly in front, usually? Maybe that's it?
Also yeah, there used to be a "silent repair" bug where you could repair the ship without making any noise.
